Terms of Service

Omaelyx is a content operating system. It helps users organise, draft, schedule and publish content, including suggested ideas, hooks, scripts, captions, images and video drafts, and provides tools to manage brand profiles, publishing workflows and analytics.

We do not guarantee that any content suggested or drafted by the Platform will go viral, generate revenue, or meet any specific business outcome.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

We offer a Free plan and paid subscriptions (Starter and Pro). Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in USD. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

If you upgrade during a billing period, the new rate is charged immediately on a prorated basis. If you downgrade, the lower rate applies from the next billing period.

You may not use the Platform to generate, publish, store or distribute content that is illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, violent, misleading, infringing on intellectual property, or otherwise harmful.

You may not resell account access, scrape the Platform, reverse engineer its systems, or use it to create content that impersonates others in a deceptive manner.

You are responsible for reviewing and complying with the terms of any third-party platform (such as social media sites) where you publish content created with Omaelyx.

You retain ownership of any original content, brand assets, website information and prompts you provide. Generated outputs are provided to you under your subscription and you may use them commercially, subject to these Terms and any third-party platform policies.

The Omaelyx name, logo, software, designs and underlying technology are our property or the property of our licensors. You may not copy, modify or distribute them without written permission.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, abuse the Platform, or if required by law. You may delete your account at any time from the settings page.

On termination, your access to paid features ends. We may retain minimal data for legal, security or compliance purposes as described in our Privacy Policy.

The Platform is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, reputation or business arising from your use of the Platform.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Platform will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or USD 100 if you were on a Free plan.

If you have a concern, please contact us first at support@omaelyx.com. We will try to resolve it informally. If informal resolution is not possible, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the London Court of International Arbitration, unless prohibited by applicable law in your jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Platform. Continued use after the changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
