Acceptable Use Policy

You may not use Omaelyx to generate, store, publish, distribute or promote content that:

• Is illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory or libellous.
• Promotes violence, terrorism, hate speech, harassment, bullying or discrimination.
• Is sexually explicit, pornographic or exploits minors.
• Infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity or other rights.
• Contains malware, phishing, spam, scams or other harmful material.
• Misrepresents identity, affiliation or facts in a way likely to deceive.

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from the Platform.
• Resell, share, or transfer account access outside your authorised team.
• Interfere with the Platform's infrastructure, security or other users' access.
• Automate account creation or use bots to generate content in ways that evade usage limits.
• Use the Platform to generate personalised content at scale that impersonates real individuals without consent.

Outputs suggested or drafted by the Platform are starting points only. They should be reviewed, edited and approved by you before publishing. You are responsible for ensuring that final published content complies with this AUP, applicable law and the policies of any platform where it is shared.

We may investigate suspected violations and take action, including removing content, suspending or terminating accounts, reporting to authorities, or pursuing legal remedies. We may cooperate with law enforcement when required.

We may update this AUP from time to time. The updated version is effective when posted. Continued use after the update means you accept it.
